Certificate IV in Screen and Media explores the art of screen in a practical and creative manner to enhance skills in all aspects of video production, from preparation through to editing. It comprises two semesters of two hours per week followed by a three week block including the Screen Base Camp.
The Screen Base Camp is a week long camp that is designed to reflect an industry production. Students prepare a script prior to the camp, working with industry professionals who conduct training in script writing and production planning. While on camp students crew and shoot a short film which they edit afterwards using an industry standard program.

Certificate IV in Screen and Media gives students an important stepping stone into the industry of screen and many other industries such as advertising, design and media.
